Hot tub warranties transfer with resale
All new hot tubs purchased from Advantage Pools and Hot Tubs come with a tiered warranty that covers the most important components of your spa. Coverage begins on the date of delivery.
All parts and accessories sold through Advantage Pools and Hot Tubs are backed by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Parts installed by our certified technicians receive an additional 90-day labour warranty on the installation itself, separate from the parts warranty.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or conditions outside normal operation.
Filing a warranty claim is straightforward. Here's what to do:
Take clear photos or a short video of the defect or malfunction. This speeds up the claims process significantly.
Email warranty@advantagepoolsandhottubs.com or call 587-599-2657. Have your order number, purchase date, and photos ready.
Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and contact you with next steps, which may include a technician visit or part replacement.
Approved claims are resolved through part replacement, repair, or unit replacement at our discretion. Most claims are fully resolved within 5–10 business days.
Hot tub warranties from Advantage are fully transferable to subsequent owners within the original warranty period. To transfer a warranty, both the original owner and the new owner must contact us within 30 days of the sale with proof of transfer (bill of sale).
Parts and accessories warranties are non-transferable and remain with the original purchaser.
